Tonight: Tamarack 40th Anniversary Reunion Concert. What better way to kick off our 15th Friday Folk Night season than with a reunion of one of Canada’s most popular and influential folk groups? Group founder and folk music legend James Gordon has assembled some of the longest serving members of this legendary folk group, including current member Alex Sinclair, Molly Kurvink and Shelley Coopersmith, to play their uniquely Canadian blend of traditional songs, historical original songs and lively fiddle tunes. Opening act: Celtic and East Coast duo Brown Ale. Tickets ($18 for adults, $15 for students and seniors) are available at the door, at the St. Paul’s church office, or through reservations by calling 647-BFF-FOLK (647-233-3655), or by emailing info@bramptonfolk.ca.
