Welcome to our website!
The Brampton Folk Club is a non-profit community organization whose purpose is the following:
- To promote and encourage folk music in the Brampton area.
- To provide a forum for musicians to develop their skills in performing folk music.
- To provide as a resource to the city a talent pool for entertaining at community and charitable functions.
Our next monthly folk club meeting will be held on November 2nd at the Snelgrove Community Centre, 11692 Hurontario St, Brampton, just south of Mayfield Road on the west side next to McDonald's. Click here for our 2026 meeting dates.
Our next Friday Folk Night Concert will be on October 30th when we proudly present "The Great Canadiana Song Swap" with James Gordon and Ian Bell. Click here for more info!
Our next Folk Concert at PAMA will be on Thursday, November 19th, starting at 7 p.m. Entitled "Capturing the Moment", this special in-the-round concert will feature Mike Gauthier, David MacLachlan and Sally Campbell. Click here for all the details!
Our next Open Mic at Gallery 35 will be on Friday, November 27th. This free event runs from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with sign-up starting at 7 p.m. Bring your instruments and share your 2 song set! Check it out here!
